Dynamically create PDF documents for distribution from any data source on a regular basis.

This is as easy as you editing a shared spreadsheet and adding the images to a shared folder. Then on a preplanned schedule, we recompile the PDF document and place it back in your shared folder. Now the document is updated with all the latest data, prices and images and is ready for distribution to your clients, sales team or website. We can even deliver it directly to your website if you need.

You edit a shared spreadsheet and place any images you need to use in a shared folder.

STEP 2

OUTPUT

At a scheduled time, we reprocess the data and recompile the PDF with the new information.

DELIVERY

We resave the document into the shared folder (Dropbox, FTP, etc.) and you have instant access to it for emailing or placing on your website.

Your input data (the data source) can be any standard recognised data file format or data server. We can easily handle Microsoft Excel (the most popular), Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQL, mySQL, etc. And if you need, we can look into specialised or unorthodox formats if needed - we are relatively flexible here. For images, they can just be added to a folder and named something that can be derived from your data - this is usually the unique record ID number or SKU (like 123.jpg) or there can be a field in the database containing this file name.

Your output is always a PDF file with the compiled data.

The delivery can be a folder on a FTP server, your shared DropBox folder or any other kind of shared resource we can access (you can supply a url, username and password).
